At my local nitro track (near Los Angeles, CA):

The main 3:
Losi (by a decent margin)
AE
Hot Bodies

Mugen - I see sprinkles of them now and then, and more at bigger races
O'Donnell - I only see mine and maybe when Barry Baker runs on a big race, otherwise, never seen another one
Kyosho - Only see them at big races...only about 2-3 entrants
Xray - almost never see

At My track in Birmingham uk, the club racers are RC8B, LOSI, Caster.
Mugen, seems to be that the RC8B is growing in numbers locally at an alarming rate.

We've only got a handful of buggies in our club but for whateverr reason Jammin's are the most popular. Gotta a Losi 2.0, RC8, Kyosho, and Hyper9 too.

NorCa here and losi wins followed by hb (I think because they are so cheap umm I mean economical) ae, mugen and the k car seem to finish up the field. Not many x rays or jammin cars in my neck of the woods. I like my losi cars nitro and e cars

In the Southeast region, Florida, Georgia, Alabama, etc...

It seems more along the lines of;
AE
Mugen
Losi
everything else.
