Im glad you like the car buddy. Depending on the traction conditions we are finding that the #3 green surelube in the tubes and stock flex plates are working really well. Going back and forth between 4 and 6 degrees of castor and different shock angles has been the only adjustments i have been messing with to control the on power steering. I run between 1-1.5mm pod droop and the rest of the setup has been box stock.

Here ya go. This is my setup from last night. It's hard to see, but I ran the batteries in the back position. I ran the same set of Jaco Prism's all day long. Started the rears out at 44.5 mm, and the fronts at 43.

I just noticed that I didn't enter my caster setting. I ran 6 deg. of caster. Almost wanted a little more in certain areas of the track, but any more than that would have probably just made the car too aggressive on exit.

Default Setup so far

Hey fellas, here's the setup I ran last night. It's still a work in progress.

-Front-

Parma Pro38 Magentas cut to 1.68"
.018 Springs
Losi Brown grease on king pins
Caster shims 1 in front and 1 behind the upper arm
-2 degrees camber
1 degree total front toe out
#2 BMI ride height shim

-Rear-

Parma Pro38 Greys cut to 1.74"
.068 Side Plates (kit stock)
#3 WindTunnel damper fluid in tubes
35wt Losi oil in Center shock
Associated gold spring
Shock length was 2.66"
Shock mount raised 2mm
IRS 3.5 ride height adjuster in down position

I think that's the pertinent info. Body was a Parma Speed 8 HD LW. I ran 19t with an Orion Element geared at 88/32. It ran strong for 8 minutes too. I tried changing camber to -1.5 and putting both caster shims back on the upper arm, but I really didn't get a chance to see what the car would do with the center shock collar loosening on it's own. That'll be fixed for this weekend though.

Can we add the additive type used please? It's going to be important because here in Europe we are exclusively Jack, and many of your set-ups aren't going to be much help if they are on Paragon.

Hope someone can add it to the set-up sheet. If not can we all remember to put it in the box for the carpet type? Thanks.

PW and I tried to get that added before the Mi3 was released. Schu UK didnt want to change what they already had done on the sheet so don't hold your breath about them adding it.

My setup was using Paragon. I believe Robbie was using Paragon as well as that's the traction used at Mimi's.

Hey Robbie, Thanks for the help yesterday!!

It was a good day of racing at the Roar Region 2 race at Mimi's.

My car was dialed all day long. BMI had top 3 in the A main.

I got lucky and was able to get around Robbie for secound.

Hi Guys -

I slightly improved the 1-12 rollout spreadsheet. Now all you have to do is change the spur tooth count in the first row, hit enter, and you're done. The original didn't modify the title if you changed the spur. Also, every other column is yellow to make it easier to pick the correct info. And I modified the formula to use Excel's PI() function.

Hmm, now I'm confused... You're talking about the Mi3 setup sheet, right? Why would Schumacher make up the BMI setup sheet?

I am sure I am beating a dead horse here but, this car is the BEST 1/12 I have ever driven! I have never liked 1/12 scale and this car has changed my mind! Awesome work Jason!
I ran the ROAR Region 2 Regionals this weekend and actually qualified in the A! Then to finish the race in 5th was great!
Still having problems with corner speed but it's getting closer to the way I like to drive every adjustment I make.
Thanks BMI!
