What's the difference between the 521-01 arms, WC arms and the NCG arms (yes I know the drop down..)

I run a FS2 SP and DB1, so have plenty of rear arms.

The 01 has 1 hole that is in the middle of where the 2 holes are on the normal arm

It is common practice to run 521 arms with the narrow holders, and 521-01 arms with wide holders? I'm assuming the one hole 521-01 is needed to offset the wider holders, so I can run the same shock ball ends, whenever one runs the outer hole on the 521 with narrow holders?

Any situations where I need 521 with wide, or 521-01 with narrow? Thanks,

Finished up the build of my RB6. Superb. The first 1/10 K car I have built after running AE for as long as I can remember. The shocks are even better than my Tki3. Lunsford turnbuckles and Ti screws throughout. just waiting on the carbon battery braces to finish it off

First run will be when I get to the USA in 10 days

Default Ti screws

Ben73 - very clean looking build, nice! Curious what titanium screw kit you used and where to purchase in the states?

I buy all my titanium in bulk through

http://www.titaniumscrews.net

I got on to them last year because I wanted to kit my Tki3 all Ti - the price is really good. And the quality is amazing. The only issue is its usually min 50 pieces per size. But when you are doing 4 1/8th cars per year to add a couple of 1/10th makes it cost effective.

Either arm can be used with either the wide or narrow holders. These r just different tuning options. The 521 arm has 2 holes and the 521-01 has one hole. The first page has a good explanation of the difference between the narrow and wide holders

What's the part number for the crush tube that goes between the two bearings in the rear hubs? Not finding it in my manual.

LA253

Always check the exploded diagrams for all the various part numbers. Much easier to find them on that than the full parts list.
