Default Question on Camber Links

I have a couple of questions. Does shortening the camber links generate more roll or reduce roll? Also, how can raising or reducing the inner camber link height affect roll?

shortening the camber links reduces roll as the car rolls, raising the inner camber link increases roll.

this is how i see it and work off, i shorter camber link length will generally increase roll, i longer link with make the car feel stiffer. as for the roll center a lower roll center (less shims) will equall more roll and more grip as the weight is above the pivot points. for the pro4 i havent ever need to shorten the link length, but have adjusted the roll centre.

anyone else want a crack?

So if I was to raise all the roll centres then it would give the car less roll and therefore better corner speed and change of direction?

Default Considering a Pro 4?

I am getting rid of my 04 Xray (after 4 months) as it is just to hard to keep setup. Prior to the Xray I had various TC3 configurations (Xtreme & BMI) I like the looks of the Pro 4 and several people at my local track have them hooked up. Can anyone give me an idea as to how similar the setup is to the TC3?

Thanks
Paul

Does anyone know the part number for the newer version of the diff kit or the part numbers for the individual pieces? The only things I need are:

New version diff bolt
New version retainer nut
Spring
Both ball sizes
D-Rings

Is the whole kit 75141 or is that the old version?

I'm suprised you haven't designed a chassis of our own yet Josh!
Hey how's the car working for you?

Skill,
Roll centers- the easy answer is yes. but its more complicated, as you need grip to produce corner speed, and when u need grip roll center is a change u can make. but also shocks setting dont forget those.
