GET THE RYOBI $40 HOME DEPOT
It has a clutch, is lipo and also is a impact! Isnt technology grand! This thing is sweet! Also it has the speed 1/4 chuck-which basically holds the chuck open until you install the next bit.

I like that integy set, I'm still using my integy hex drivers I've had 7 yrs, i use an eds metric tip set[4], switched to losi so bought a dynamite set[4]. The integy set is like getting 3 tips free.
As far as quality I think the dynamite set is highest.They fit a little tight so pulling screws off them is a pain, but I have yet to round off a screw with them.

I got the 12v drill and impact kit from Ridgid from home depot for $179., After doing some research, most contractors and workers recommend Milwakee or Ridgid over any other power tools, as far as drills go.
makita while it's reliable, was not recommended due to it's unwarranted high price.
I use my impact for home and RC, it's light and does not over turn, unlike all electric screw drivers where momentum turns the screw a bit further after i have release the button,
I use the impact to drive most of the screw in then finish with hand screw,
I rarely use the drill as the Ridgid is very precise, and the LI-ion charges in 30min to 1 hour.

other brands we also like are milwaukee, hilti, and hitachi
a co-worker dropped his brand new 18v lxt impact from 20ft onto concrete
and it still worked fine, no damage
most of us like the makita just because of the quality of it
its lightweight and has alot of torque
the milwaukee's are pretty heavy duty
and their ratings are pretty under rated really
the hilti stuff are built like tanks
and feels like you're carrying one too
but for us here their customer and repair service is top notch
the hitachi's are just cheap for us here
find them on sale alot here at some of the local stores
and they work great
we have long since abandoned dewalt for drills
including their hammer drills since their bits uses a different
spline
only thing we like them for are their worm drive circular saws
but all of this is totally off any rc subject haha

one thing i did forget to mention was about the rigid stuff
just take them back to home depot if you have a problem
and they should take care of you right then and there
tools have a similar aspect in technology like rc's do
if a company doesn't up their game, they get left behind
dewalt used to be a great choice for drills and such
everyone hopped the bandwagon and went lithium-ion
even ryobi has their li-ion batteries and tools to match
dewalt took a while to release theirs
kinda like how associated took a while to create and
release their buggy and truggy
