EB MODS for the win great fuel also how can you drop 50 degree's with just a change of fuel something seems odd about that.

+1 on byrons......+10 on cold fusion......i made the switch this racing year and havent regreted it a single sec...and byrons was dam good to me!!! cold fusion is one of the, if not the purest fuel on the market...top of the line oils used, doesnt stink that bad (kinda smells like bubble gum due to the oils and doesnt leave that sticky residue feeling on ur skin like i found with byrons), easy to tune with and very consistantly mixed(one gallon\quart at a time as apposed to comming from a mixed bulk)......just my 2 cents....

Ive tried Trinity Platinum, Nitrotane, Byron, Traxxas, and O'Donnell. ODonnell was ok but was very toxic, Traxxas was Traxxas , Byron is GREAT, Nitrotane was good but I didn't have consistent access to it and it was clear so kinda hard to see also was a little toxic, and Platinum judt didnt feel right. Only ran a quart of that though.

I've run a bunch of different fuels and I find that the Byron Gen 2 is the most consistant and keeps my engines clean and well lubed inside

+100 on the Cold Fusion fuel! I also switched over from Sidewinder and will NEVER switch back! Cleaner burning, lower temps, consistant tuning, great power and excellent mileage! It's made fresh-to-order, and contains no dyes, coloring agents or additives which your engine will love! It's also available in a variety of nitro and oil percentages so you can choose what you want for your particular situation. Give it a try and you'll never look back!!

+1 on the byrons - I ran Nitrotane for a loooong time - switched to Byrons and It run way cooler
Your right you can argue whats better but TRAXXAS fuel just plain suck. I perfer no odonnell but that me. The rest of the fuel is prefference. Just make sure you can get it all the time or order a case or two from Amain

Some fuel has klotz oils in it which is a red color so it dyes the fuel thats what you see in some fuels.

RCracer, the coloring of Cold Fusion fuel comes from the oil, which is 100% Klotz synthetic oil. Pink would be a bit of a stretch...maybe slightly light red...but definitely not pink.

dye
Hey rcracer, klotz does dye there stuff red oil is yellowish after refining-so there would be dye in the coldfusion but its not a bad thing, every race fuel and all NHRA nitromethane (yellow) is dyed, people have the wrong idea about dye its made to burn at fast rate not noticible whatsoever on a dyno, and any race fuel you buy from any manufacturer will have dye in the mixture. Some dyes are also a stabilizer as well so dont look at it in a bad way.
by the way yes we dye ours, fruit punch - Torco Red
