Hi,when can I move in? Looks great,good job. I am sure your family will enjoy going with you now. I'm sure they did before but come on home on wheels!!

Yea ,the roof units are pricey, and it's going to get worse. The one's you can get now have r-22 gas and this year it's fazed out. Heck one company isn't going to make 'em any more. Now new in box around 650-800 bucks, this summer up to $1000. So start looking at the window shakers folks.

Wow looks amazing, the electric looks good, I'm a lic. electrician, only thing I saw was no connector @ the back where you brought your wires in? Keep up the good work

how did you a fix the insulation to the roof?

Got the air conditioner the old fashion way, right out of the catalog and yes it was a pretty penny. Total was about $650.

The cabinets came from Sam's Club. They are not very heavy but they are very nice and rugged.

The under counter cabinets state they can hold 300lbs of stuff so I can basically stand inside one hehhe

I cut it just a bit on the fat side and it more or less held itself in, where I wasnt so accurate I just used some double sided tape on it till I got the Tile Board up on the ceiling.

Paid $528 for mine shipped carrier 13,500btu ac only
