Default Best way to store extra nitro??????

Going to have a couple extra gallons of fuel and was wondering the best way to store it. I know in a dark cool place away from sunlight, but was wondering if it should be put in the fridge in my garage? or just on the bottom shelf in the corner of the garage, it's not temp controlled and temps range from mid 30°to mid to upper 80°
TIA Joe

Inside your house..Top shelf of a closet if you have kids, anywhere else if you dont..Dark and climate controlled is best..Garage with crazy temp changes...not best

Get a big cooler from Walmart, toss in your fuel, and stuff the wasted space with DRy newspaper.

That way you can keep it in the garage or barn where the missus won't find it and drink it.

I left half a gallon of Sidewinder rolling around in the back of my work truck for a few months in rainy humid N. Florida conditions. Gave it to a guy running monster truck and he ran fine. stuffs alot tougher than we give it credit for if you keep the jug closed and out of the sun.

Just store it in a closet where it is cool. I do this for many years. I have blend last week 3yr old nitromethane and methanol for my neighbours buggy and it runs great. Just a small tip from me: if it is ready to run fuel just put 2 or 3 large (4mm or 5mm) stainless steel nuts in the jug and before use shake the jug entirely to mix the oils, nitro and methanol again.

But I thought that was the idea cuz they keep taking away our hobby money for buying shoes and stuff.

If I thought it would actually get rid of the Missus then i'd keep it in the fridge. But with the amount of alcohol these fembot units drink, I doubt a little nitro would even make em dizzy.

i just think she' be miffed to see $300 worth of Rc fuel stcked in the closet!

the best place, even at a track is in a cooler. BUT is wont do anything performace wise if you dont keep the temps from the exhaust from the tank.

i store mine inside on a shelf. You dont want it on concrete, idk why been told that over and over
