The fioroni towers are 28g for the front and 32g for the rear I guess he told me that so he could take that brand new hundy. Oh well, I guess lighter is better.

OS Speed here. counts as a mod motor to me heh.
glad we got the weight thing all straightened out. i thought it was too good to be true about being an ounce lighter on both

OS Speed definatly counts as a mod motor. I wonder if anyone ever did a side by side comparision with the OS Speed and the JP Mod version?

i nearly always run 5000 in the centre the buggy feels alot safer that way, i only use 7000 in the centre when i use a really high grip track. I have ran 7000 in the front with 5000 in the middle with good results on more open tracks, really improves on power steering.

30/70 brake bias will make any setup rotate at any point you want.

I too had this problem, and then at a bigger race, I saw another guy wheelin an 8ight, and he had the ability to rotate the car at any point in a turn. I looked through my trusty Losi manual, and it suggested thicker front diff oil, or thinner in the middle. I didn't want to mix brands, and the only oils Losi had were 2k, 5k and 7k. So I replaced the center with 5k and left the front and rear alone. Big Improvement, in fact, I haven't touched my setup in months. 5-5-2, try it.
sounds good ill try that
