I have been carrying out some testing with the BigBore Shocks and have settled on the following set up
Front:
6 x 1.3 hole pistons
60 weight Associated oil
Top of shock in middle hole
Lower mount inner hole.
Rear:
6 x 1.3 hole pistons
45 weight Associated oil
Top of shock in top outer hole
Lower mount outer hole.
Does anyone else have any suggestions?
Cheers.........Dave

Oops! Haven't checked this thread in a while. In the rctvlive.com link that was posted earlier, there was a section of the program where they talk about buying a Tupperware basket, and how that makes for a good charger stand and guard for charging LiPo and super high capacity NiMHs. The basket wouldn't protect a thing if the battery were to vent/burn/explode though.

Is the servo saver generally run at the factory recommended tension in the buggy and truggy? I'm not exactly running weak servos (Airtronics 358's) but want to make sure I'm getting the most out of the steering before upgrading to faster/stronger servos and the new, heavier spring.

In the front I heard you will need them, but the back you don't. I would say try it first, as many people tell me a mixed response. If you run the wheel base shorter, the rear hubs will be moved forwards away from the axleshafts. It does help having the axleshafts, since they are lighter, its makes the car quicker. I'm thinking about them also, but since I have new axles, its making it harder for me to convert and spend more money on parts I don't need.
