Straight batt, as in a full size batt?

If so, it'll fit with the standard size servo up front, finding room for everything else may be a challenge. Depending on your elec. equip. that you are running.

No. Factory team drivers for Kyosho, MUST have a kyosho car front to back. It's part of their contract. (they might even have to run a kyosho body as well) Maybe Matesa is reading and can confirm? You out there Ryan?

im sure this questions been asked 100 times..

but who makes a smaller spur gear that fits this car? kyosho seriously only makes a 82/78/76 tooth gears? i need a 69, what are my options?

I would go with an avid system if you can afford it if you want the right gearing.

If you swap over to AE slipper pads you can run AE or kimbrough spur gears, you could also swap over to a avid slipper to use the lower avid spur gears. If you are running 17.5 you also have the option of running a slipper eliminator and kimbrough spurs.

I run the avid topshaft with Kimbrough AE spur, I like the vts, but you can b4 standard pads and plates too.

Expecting some high grip I see.

Are they sugaring the track this year? I am really not liking the trend of big races this year sugaring the track after Cactus did it.

Makes incredible traction. I for one don't like it because I'm not sponsored and have to buy my own tires. When SRS out here used grape soda on the track a set of tires supposedly were completely bald after each round.

I have to admit, I enjoy running when there's tons of traction, but to me it just takes a bit away from racing. I believe if it's offroad racing there should be some inconsistency, and you should have to deal with varying traction between races and adjust your driving style accordingly.

I realize this question was not addressed to me but I agree that I don't like the direction, assuming this is going to become a standard, for big outdoor races to go to Sugar tracks. What I love about outdoor "Off-Road" racing is that it is just that: OFF-ROAD... I understand that at Pre-Worlds, the drivers had zero traction and it was bad but I blame that on A-Main for not watering the track properly leading up. Loose dirt is Off-Road and I hope we don't quickly turn this sport into On-Road with jumps.
