Hi,

Are those Oz Superleggeras in that pic? Been looking for a set for ages but not managed to find any - closest I found were some tamiya 10-spoke.

Will they be available as spares?

Cool, that's what I'm waiting on, spare parts so I can upgrade my TA05 to Ver2.

http://side-fx.com/?p=230

It seems that the version 2 uses a slightly different (narrower) chassis.

Vers. 2 DEFINITELY has a narrow chassis. the "floating" style spur gear (taken from the TA05MS) allowed Tamiya to move the battery closer to the middle.

Not quite yet, but I have a ver.2 on the way, & once I've got it together, I could see about posting the part numbers required to upgrade(but it'll take a little time to do the number comparisons, & I wanna build mine first). But from what I've seen, even Tamiya America doesn't have the manual online yet(I've been looking for it too, to see what suspension mounts are on it stock & figure out which ones I'll need), plus, they're the only ones I've seen so far that have ANY of the ver.2 parts available(& they don't have much online yet, just some suspension mounts & low friction belts). But hopefully that'll change soon now that the kits are arriving....

yeah got the ver2 belts on my car now actually! but havent found anything else than that..

I`m planning to order the new parts asap so build your car fast

the new chassis looks much better than the original one, looks like you dont have to dremel it flat on the battery side when using lipos, and its looks to be much thinner than the std wide one
