Didn't get the manual, but should be able to find it online and print. I'll be running it at an indoor clay high bite surface SDRC Raceway. Will the stock setup be good for those conditions.

What pinion do I want with a 1900kv motor. I have a 20 tooth. Is that to much.

15 or 16t pinion. Yes on the 270mm if you are running the batt back.

Im going to try RM surf city set up and it looks like i have everything to do it except the "8ight T 3.0 caster blocks spaced forward."...Does anyone know what part that is?

You will need to shim the caster. I used a scte steering rack bearing. I put the longer screw through the back and the short screw up front.
