I have the 1.1 sway bar up front and rear. If I was to lift up the chassis and compress one side, shouldnt the other side raise even just a little bit? I thought that was the purpose of these to prevent traction roll. (Which btw I'm not experiencing. Just curious to this) Its the same with the fronts and the rear. I dont see anything binding. I've even loosed up the sway bar holder with the set screws. Still nothing.

You wouldn't really see it but you might feel it. its hard to feel the difference a rollbar makes with the entire suspension assembled until you get into the 1.4/1.5 but the effect of the cars weight transfer i still there. if you remove the shocks, remove the chub/steering bocks and you are left with just arms, both side should move the other with any of the swaybars.

Was gonna rebuild my rear diff but turns out I don't have any 3000 wt oil that I wanted to try. Lowest I have is 10,000. Is that too thick for the rear?

You can mix them to get the desired consistancy.
I mix 3 and 10 quite often.

A friend recommended that I look into the Spec R cars. I was wondering what the differences are between the R and S models. Is one more like an Xray and one more like another car?

The R stands for Race..Carbon chassis, Alum. part etc. The S stand for Sport...Fiberglass chassis and more plastic bits.

Most parts are interchangable between the two kits.

Thanks, Mooby. With your explanation in mind, what are the differences between the R1 and R2?

OK, a bit of a loaded question. Would you say the R2 is more like an Associated or more like an Xray?
