I'm not sure if I can get that block. I'll check. What happened to the block?

For the one coming, please do. Give me a call when you check it out and let's talk about what you can do

my bad, I ment xl3. I purchased it from someone on the forums and the case is unusually tight. The back plate is even a challenge to remove which from what I have seen is unusual in the 10 or so high end nitro engines I have had. I suspect they flipped the car and it took a good hit tweaking the block. So now the question is is an XXL3 case compatible with the XL3?

Cheers

The 12-3sct piston/sleeve should fit that engine.

The engine will run cool while the engine is rich, but rapidly overheat when you start to lean it for max performance. If you are drag racing you can get by with low heads, and high nitro. If you are racing a circuit, the head clearance becomes more critical due to the sustained running.

Which engine are you running, where is the head clearance?

Maybe I'm over thinking it but doesn't it matter which version of the max you're referring to? 2010, WC, etc.? I thought they were slightly different.

I think the ps for the wc just has different timing etc. I think the head, head button and timing on the ps changed for the wc engine.

You can send me your max to be sure. I'm pretty sure the ps is the same as the +12.
