Jconcepts makes some really nice spur gears, so if you dont want to run associated spurs or kimbrough ones, i recommend the jconcepts ones over the kyosho spurs but you will need to change slipper pads

You're right. I just looked at the "comment" section of the setup sheet.

Does anyone happen to know if Avid is working on a Triad Slipper clutch for the RB6?

On the hex ae pads the glaze is just there in a circle on the edges. The losi slipper pads are just that, a ring so I just like it better. Plus they are machined (and I am a sucker for cnced stuff) so a little quieter than the kimboroughs I had. For stock the AE goes a lot lower than the losi options though.

Yes, it's ready for release in the next week to 10 days. We have a new topshaft that has smaller flats to fit the existing Triad slipper kits. The adjustment nut changes to a 5.5mm hex M3 nut.

Hey guys, I have been running my rb6 for two weeks and let me tell you after driving a losi for months. I cant tell you how much better it is... I'm still playing with the setup on it but with the help of derek at kyosho usa it getting better... I'm currently running cody tuner hot rod hobbies setup. I was told that it works really good on clay tracks too.

I have a question about building the diff. it appears that the diff rings have a flat side and a rounded side. which side should touch the balls?

Hey guys those of you using RSx one10, do you use both 1mm and 2mm shin on the servo mounts (it measures 13.8mm so would merit both shims according to manual). Seems kinda tight though, servo won't lay flat. I think just 2mm is enough? Thanks,
