when bending the antenna like in your pic, do you have any transmitting problems? i can see doing this on a small indoor track but on a large outdoor track???

So far there have been no problems with my antenna being bent.. I race on a track that's gotta be about 150 feet long and there have been no transmitting problems.

Xceed item# 105001 lipo 1300 Mah 7.4V
Fits perfectly. Use the spacers that come with the kit to lower it down

If you are in the USA Desoto Racing/Serpent America has in stock:

I like this LiFe:

But, don't run it unprotected in wet conditions!....
It doesn't like that.
It will keep on working, but will puff....
At least, the previous 1450mAh version did.
For rain races, I keep using these:

Jeremy Cupps first race with the 977 was magical. He broke Scott Kimbrow's track record during qualifying to take TQ and went on to win the main.

I practiced with the Viper yesterday and the car is sooo fast. Very high corner speeds, very responsive and you can put it anywhere.

Reacts to small changes so its easy to dial in.

Very easy to work on and strip down. (I have a clean car for a change)

The clutch is so easy to setup.

Once you start driving you cannot stop. It's so nice that drove the rear tires down to 66mm without realizing it.

This is a very fast fun car.

Did I mention how tough it is. I tested that yesterday and saw wood chips flying instead of parts.

I love this car.
