Default Trailer Broken into @ LRT Raceway Evansdale, Iowa

I'm sad to say but my Trailer was broken into last night and ton of R/C stuff was stolen. They took very specific items and while I don't have any clue who would do this, we are almost positive that they know R/C equipment pretty well but they are still Dumbasses, Like stealing my buggy but stealing the truggy starter box when the buggy was sitting on the buggy starter box. I've included a detailed list of the items stolen and some specifics about them if it was important.

Losi 8B 2.0 Race Roller (complete)
Novarossi 21 Plus 4 PowerHouse Modded
9901 Pipe (small ding near back of pipe)/ 41021 Header
Hitec 7955TG Steering Servo (no tag)
Futaba BLS451 Throttle Servo
Futaba 604 Receiver
Personal Transponder #7051289
Medium City Blocks Front Tires on white Losi Wheels
Medium I-Beam Rear Tires on white Losi Wheels

A couple distinctive things on the car, I had to put 1.0 rear camber links on in a pinch (they are 5mm links that use the bigger link ends). There were no plastic pieces on the front shock tower. Only hop-up was Aluminum servo saver top.

Losi 8 1.0 Electric Buggy
Losi Xcelorin 1/8 Speed Control
Losi Xcelorin 1700KV Motor
Futaba 604 Receiver
Personal Transponder #3009019
Solid Fluorescent Pink Body
SMC 4-Cell 40c 5000mah Battery (with losi style plug)

Car had no rear camber links and no servo. It does have old style Losi adjustable hinge pin carriers and aluminum servo saver top.

Futaba 4PK Transmitter
No Wheel Extension
Sticker on the Bottom was a “Fastcats Barcode” with my name.

Competition Electronics 23 amp Power supply
Custom Wrap (Black with Pink Flames and My Name on the front) Had a little
Damage where some CA glue got to close

CheckPoint TC 1030 Pro Charger
Custom wrap (Black with Pink Flames and my name).

Ofna Blue Truggy Starter box
Custom Wrap (Black with Pink Flames, Included my name, “truggy”, Extreme R/C and Ridic Graphics) Was Set-up for a Losi 2.0 Truggy
Losi Starter box Lipo Battery

Hakko Solder Station White

Novarossi 21 Plus 4 Powerhouse Modded
Novarossi 9853 Pipe / Novarossi 41020 Header
Losi Clutch installed
Losi Air Filter with Orange Pet wrap

Novarossi 21 Plus 4 Powerhouse Modded
Brand New only 4 or 5 tanks of break in, Losi Clutch Installed,
Losi Air Filter with orange pet wrap

RB WS7 III Engine

GRP .28 Engine

JP-4 Pipe Hard Anodized

Dynamite 053 Pipe, Polished

Heat Gun

Please keep and eye out. I don't think they plan on selling the stuff but eventually the will need parts and fuel. There's not a whole lot anyone can do, it just disappoint's me that people would stoop that low. Especially, after my family has spent the last few months and thousands of dollars building a NEW track on our property to keep racing alive in our area. And we wonder why America is in the toilet.

this is sad. Sorry to hear about your loss.

I know where I live there has been some people messing around. My neighbor had some stuff took out of his utility building this past weekend. And some other houses of people that has a building. I have all my r/c stuff in my building just sitting on my work bench and lots of tools/parts on my peg board. I have my hinges lag bolted down and two pad locks, but im seriously thinking about putting an alarm system on it. I have more value in my storage building than my house.

You figure,

R/C stuff - around $1500
ATV - $5000
Riding mower - $1200
Tool chest/tools - around $1000

just the few I listed total is $8700!!

i feel for you and your loss, and i know this advice maybe too little too late. i have my trailer equipped with a tattletale alarm system. it can be setup with many different type of sensors, all wireless. the base unit can be preprogrammed to dial either the alarm company,my cell phone,or my home phone. the base unit does not use a phone line. tou can google their website.i am not affiliated with them in any way. and they are not cheap. i hope you all find the a**wipes....

Keep an eye on craigslist and ebay. Use the alert feature on ebay so when anything rc related is listed in your area it will send you an email with the listing details. You figure if they stole them then chances are they are going to try and sell them. Also tell your local friends to stay on the look out. I sure hope you catch those f#ckers.

I'll tell everyone down here to keep an eye out in the Des Moines area.

Did you have insurance?

Do you guys have a store there or is it just a track?
