None of the tracks I race at weigh in the car, so I really wont add weight unless I go to a race that I do need to make a weight limit.

Everything on that chassis has been done just by eyeball, I have an extremely steady hand, been working with the dremel for just a little while

Just be sure to get a bit that can cut surfaces like that. I tried a 2 face router bit as well but that thing sucked, the 4 sided mill bit works awesome.

I have a losi xxx-s and run it on an asphalt track that has some tight turns in it. I have problems getting the car to turn into corners. It seems to want to go straight on. When I slow right down I loose too much to the other guys. I have tried all types of springs and setups. Can someone please help?

What are you running for castor? front swaybars? shock oil? springs?

Heh. talking about turn in. I was surprised when I went to Losi's site and saw that most of the guys set up sheets for asphault outdoors were without the use of swaybars. I have my car set up that way and like it, but when do you think it would be a good time to run them, other than carpet?

1.5 degree camber on front
1 degrree on rear
1mm toe out on front
no sway bars
5mm ride height on front
5.5mm on rear
purple springs on front
silver on back
50 oil front and rear
The back end is fine. Does not slide on the rear.

I use a camber tool which is made by RPM (I think?). They run only a few bucks ($10?)

Part of the reason could be the surface. If it's really bumpy, you want the suspension to do it's work, and not be bound up by a swaybar. I know I ran just the thinner swaybars outdoors.

Johnmatrix - I use a schumacher camber guage.

Woozer - Have you tried lighter springs in the front? The hardest spring I even really run for rubber tire is the blue spring, occasionally green.
