i paint my cover too, just to make it look cool. Todd, is there anything in R&D about the xxx-s. Something half done with completion, i'm not asking what, i juist want to know if there is anything, so i should keep spending money on it hehe. I'm guessing from my knowledge that a freer(sp) drivetrain would help on the straights right? Off the topic, which body is better for tight-medium tracks, the mazda, skoda, or stratus2, running stock.

Actually, you'll get the biggest benefit of a free drivetrain in the infield sections. A free-er setup can spool up faster with less drag and will tend to carry more sped through the corners.

This is a little off topic Todd, but have you tried trimming the teeth on the belts on your XXX4? I've noticed the drive train in mine is very tight. I need to pull it apart to see what I can do to free it up. If it won't hurt the durability of the belt I may try trimming it on that car too.

Post belt question

by cutting off everyother tooth on the belt would that lessen the life of the belt and or weaking its strength, like making it more vualnerable to breaking/snaping during a race?

Hey is just lazy, trust me, unfortunately I know him...

lazy - jk man...

The whole "bearing on the pin" deal is pretty trick. I know there have been several pictures floating around somewhere of a losi offroad with it

I saw a bunch of pics from the worlds with them. Jukka's car and Cavalari's car I think were the ones I saw.

Okay, I'm about to go cut every other tooth off of my nice yellow belt... If it jacks up my beautiful Losi, I'm coming after you all.
