JRXS Rubber Tire Carpet Setup?
any have a good setup for either the Vegas IIC Track or a high bite carpet track - semi techincal.

Newman setup minus the spool was the setup I used at IIC. It worked great but the driver needed some work.

http://www.teamlosi.com/pdfs/setups/JRXS/A3.pdf Here you go. Like I said, the only thing I did not use at IIC was the spool, just used diffs front and rear.

FYI...I could never get the Numan rubber setup to work effectively on anything other than high bite situations...outdoor ashphalt or indoor carpet.

Here's what I ran Saturday (made the A-main with it):
Front:
Low Roll Center, Arms flat
0 deg Front Pivot Block
4 deg hubs
17.5 lb springs
50 wt. Trinity oil
57 piston
Shock top - Inside hole
Shock bottom - BK bracket
Camber link: Bottom on tower (hole #1)
Diff Height - Low
0.050 sway bar
Front diff, 42 tooth pulley
Droop 3mm over ride height
Rear:
Low Roll Center, Arms flat
2 deg Rear Pivot Block, 0 deg Standard hubs
12.5 lb springs
40 wt. Trinity oil
57 piston
Shock top - 2nd from inside (hole #2)
Shock bottom - BK bracket
Camber link: 5-A
Diff height - High
0.040 sway bar
Droop 3mm over ride height
Chassis posts were removed
Parma Alfa body
stock motor
Take-Off CS27 Promounts (spec tire)
The set up is a work in progress, but it seems to work best with a relaxed driving style. Don't run it into the corners too hard or it'll push. I want to get more initial steering yet, so I'm going to try a 1 or 2 deg front pivot, and 6 degree front hubs.
Anyway, just thought I'd throught it out there since I don't see to many rubber tire/carpet setups around. If anyone actually tries it, I'd welcome feedback/suggestions.
