I don't know if there is a eb48.2 specific thread but I couldn't find it. Can anyone give me the link to the 48.3 upgrade kit for the 48.2? I found it before but can't remember where. ThAnks
I was also wondering if the 48.3 parts will fit the 48.2 individually? Like if I were to do one mod at a time. For example could I install the .3 arms then the .3 towers and shocks or are there certain things that need to be replaced together in order for them to work/fit?

Thats the basic kit. You still keep your .2 caster and spindle. I think the stock .2 was 10 or 12 degrees, little more steering then the stock .3, 15 degrees trailing
I would probably do the towers and shock bodies and shafts at the same time. You have to do the carriers and spindles together, Then arms and sway bars

Yes, it can make the car loose. We've been running Joe's setup in order to add rear grip (as well as grip all around) to the buggies and it's made a huge difference. The farthest I would go with shock fluids to get more rear grip is to have both Front and Rear the same cst, i.e. 450/450. Using more of a "traditional" fluid setup gives more rear grip at the expense of poor jumping, landing, and stability.

universals
I recently upgraded to universal on my EB48.3. Today something happened that I have never seen before. One of my front wheels and the whole axle fell off. It turns out that the only thing holding the wheel/hub and axle in place is the inner spindle bearing. This one gave e way.

I've run the Savox 2274, ProTek 150t, a TowerPro that seemed to have only been sold for about a month, and RadioPost servos in my eBuggy. I liked the ProTek 150t the best. While it is more than required, I'll be putting the 170s in my EB48.3 over the winter so it matches the ET48.3 I'm building, and I run an Orion in my SCT410.3 that is also .07. The goal is to get the most similar response on them all so it makes switching between vehicles that much easier.

For the upgrades, there are some that can be done on their own, and others that have to be done in batches.
You need to do the arms/hubs along with the shocks. The towers really should be done at the same time as well, since if you use some of the shock mounting positions with the old towers can be damaging to the shocks (shock bottoms out instead of the vehicle on a hard landing, sending all the force into the piston and shock shaft). The spindle/spindle carrier need to go together, but don't need to go with the others.
Others you can do or swap in and out as you see fit, such as the new hinge pin braces, the lower wing mount, etc.
