I think he was refering to the Worlds Edition 414M2 that Tamiya Japan had on their website for 50000 something yen.
Personally I'd love to see it, but the run of them will be very low I beleive, like the TRF414 was maybe?

Is it me or does the WC414M2 doesn't come with the torque rods or they're just not installed?

Bloody glad I got an old 414M, the blue stuff really doesn't appeal to me. I'd de-anodise it straight off

not sure abt that,
but aparent the new 414m2 WE comes with the mods that the thai driver mod up...

well,wat he does might not benefit us also,so jus mod up and adjust ur car 2 ur own liking!!!

OMG they are doing the so called limited edition stuff again! I have a 414 Japanese......... You know this is really way too much. These days they do anything to sell their products...... And these new tamiya metal parts are producted in the USA. Does it matter? No but this is getting way out of hand now.
