Something like this? My last BMI used 4-40 screws to locate the plates the front suspension mounts to like the pins on the battery brace so I got the idea to cut one myself and use screws for the locator pins.

That's it. Maybe Frank or Dumper will see it and come up with a new plastic version so I can retire my present solution.
So, from now on...I will just make suggestions and you can implement them...OK by me...LOL

Guessing that the line in the foam is coming from your body.
I don't recognize the wheel/tire. Is that a soft compound?
Do you have more pictures of the overall car and the body?

that's a glue/seam line and the inside is from the tire feathering. the wear looks good, flat and even, but it may be a little pushy in that direction causing that tire to be slipping, scrubbing speed.
(All my tires generally wear like that w/ using RC4Less on Asphalt)
It wasn't a split compound was it? (those don't usually wear that even)

My front end seems to chatter in the higher speed corners, what causes this? I know its not the body.
My setup is,
CRC Gen 10X pro with 1s lipo McKune chassis
1/12th scale front kingpins, .55 front springs
.407 kingpin length
Purple center spring, 30w oil
Red side springs 1 turn preload
10k in tubes
Reverse servo front plate mid track width
3.4mm rear ride height
3.4mm front ride height
Front and rear tires at 52mm
-.5 Camber
Also, the car turns very well, will post pic soon.

Thinking that the .55 front springs are a tad too stiff for your situation; so, you might drop down to .50 springs. I have only gotten up to a purple center spring on my carpet LE at the IIC when the track was off the hook.
And that your ride high of only 3.4mm might be on the low side. Most races require 4 mm ride for WGT anyway.
Did you buy that car used? I built and sold two McKune chassis set up that way to SF Bay Area locals. Including multiple sets of Jaco carbon fiber wheels...Hmmm.

Thanks Bill, will make the changes and see if that will help. What center spring would you recommend?
I bought the car used from a local guy here in South Carolina, not sure where he got it though.
