Today I raised my damper tubes 3mm just the outside.I also put in the red side springs just touching.thinking of putting in the long arm conversion.not sure how this will handle.the reason I did this I notice the right front wheel would raise in a right turn as well as the left in a left turn.so I think this will keep the front end planted in turns. Has anyone done this setup? I also have to experiment with side damper lube

Hey Guys,
After the US Indoor Champs I posted my set up and changes I made to my car. I ran the car as it came off the track at NORCAR's 2nd annual Hangover Classic yesterday and it was awesome! TQ and win, never had to do any chassis changes!
If you have any set up questions feel free to ask.

Thanks for the new idea. I tried your alternate damper tube and side spring set up last night. The car was on rails around the corners. It shaved 0.2 seconds off my personal best lap times (from 8.5 to 8.3 seconds and 0.2 seconds faster than anything else on the track last night). Absolutely no lifting on the inside front tire no matter how hard I cornered.

That's how my car feels!

SG1,
Sorry that I missed your front weight distribution question last month. Front end is 420 grams with CRC 2.07" diameter tires, 1/12th king pins/springs, JR3650 servo and short battery leads (bullet connectors positioned towards rear of chassis).
I finally watched your posted video...AWESOME WIN. So, I will be rebuilding my second car with your setup to try at our upcoming regionals next month.
Wish me luck. Haven't raced any carpet or asphalt since April...
Cheers!

I built my Gen-X 10 LE and then our carpet track closed. Now we have a large asphalt track. What changes will I need to make? We will be running foam tires and 13.5 blinky. I looked for some setup sheets for asphalt and can't find any setups. Thanks
