I read about someone having a similar problem in the rear of a 511 and it ended up being a cracked diff bearing holder which is hard to notice. So check the bearing holders that they are in one piece.

Very true, but to me it is more important that the motor is moved forward again to get better balance front to rear with lipo. Then there are the small things like taller shock towers for more grip...

As an example: 416X can still mount the old front bulkheads from 416....

The old suspension blocks (only A-E) for the 415 are slightly wider then newer 416 ones. The 415 blocks were designed for the old suspension (TA04) on the original 415 which uses ~50mm suspension...

I dont think so, they have pushed the motor as far back as possible in the photo shots to fit the esc. The battery on the other hand sits about 5mm further forward.

The 3mm inside-outside is for the rear only. Upfront no spacer outside and 3-5mm inside. He used stock hexes which are 4mm.

I had this clicking too and it comes from the center front pulley adaptor plate (hope this makes sense). Put some antiwear grease on there and the noise will be gone and the wear will be reduced.

Sorry, but no. Both mazdas are rubber tire bodies. The mazda speed6 fits in between the mazda6 and stratus 3 handling wise.
