I ran the mod last weekend with lutz's psycho nitro setup and I was very happy with it. The psycho track was blown out, so maybe change the shock setup a bit and golden!:nod:

I think they are the bigger size like all the rest, my problem with them is you have to use a smaller 17mm wrench like the thundertiger wrench.

I think its the losi #56 thats 1.2mm. Lutz says mugen will work, but i've only found a 1.25mm from them. I found some xray 1.2's i'm going to try and then i'll post the results.

Lutz has been using 1.2 pistons in his rear shocks that he made. Does anyone know of another brand 1.2 piston that will work? I tried to make some but they didn't come out to good.

After a gallon on my dnx and lutz set-up my rear is planted. It needs time to break in and then play with set-up, but it's not a problem with the buggy in my opinion.

I was in the same boat as you, but in the end I went with the dnx. It looks the most "state of the art" imo, and I love the easy diff removal. I don't think you can go wrong with either one tho.
