Baja 5sc truck

Hello,

Just finished building my baja 5sc truck. Finishing up the body as well. Do you guys recommend cutting a hole/holes in the front windshield or anything to allow air flow?

This may be a stupid question, but my nitro engine seems louder than most. I have a HPI R40 and using an .12 O.S. engine. Is this a tuning pipe issue or an engine tunning issue?
