You shouldn't need to look at anything on it just get it out onto the track and run some laps. keep in mind it may take a full race day before the buggy drives right due to the diffs and outdrives...

That's just lead weight that some of the team drivers were playing around with to add traction, it's not really a great idea because you are adding sprung weight that your shocks have to work even...
