Hi, is the 6 and 7 suspension arms, and fuel tanks interchangeable? I have both the cars and need to take a decision to buy spares. Any help will be appreciated.

I'm not sure about your question but if you have BOTH cars why don't you check and tell us?

I use the fioroni and in it you can put whatever engine, I have spare engine mounts on 3 engines ( nova P4, OS,Alpha ) and all fit perfect.
I have a personal idea of what should be customer service and when I send an email to a shop or a brand and they feel like not answering, I then feel like not giving them my hard earned money.

Only the C insert with the notch in the middle can't be confused with the others.

Am I missing something obvious?
What was the answer to this question? I searched and didn't find how to setup the inserts.

A and B are in fact same inserts, it's just the way you install them that makes the adjustments, I don't have the instruction with me now to say what position does what.

Default mbx6 swap mbx7 drivetrain

centre diff........................

Front Rear.............................................. .

helical vs straight cut gear

mbx6 diff gear set fit well inside mbx7 diffcase

also fit well inside gearbox case without any modification...

before. mbx6

after. mbx7

Gain some improvement but not too much... character and feeling also change a bit...
Quicker acceleration smoother entering and exit the corner...
Fuel Run-time - Not testing yet..

.

shajohan, nice work man, thanks a lot for sharing, please tell us more about the upgrade, i've heard lots of good things with the x7's handling, and if the gearing contributes most of the improvements over the x6, then what you've been doing might save a lot of cash for the x7 just for better performances. And of course i'll also go this route for a smaller budget(cuz i don't have the budget for the x7, hehe).
