Default in manual is A-backwards. So, B-backwards is 1 step tighter.
But 0 side belt insert will make also rear belt 1 step tighter - so, I'd say 0-side and B-back rear belt inserts are 2 steps...

Yes, mine too. I did shim it on the rear right side between chases and LRC or HRC block. Had to use something like 0.8mm or so. It has been mentioned before by others. Haven't anybody chased it down...
