NIROCC was nice, utilized the "Heart of America"...

NIROCC was nice, utilized the "Heart of America" format.
Kinda low key racing.

SSRCCC was the opposite.....run by racers that wanted to race. 4 or 5-8 minute qualifiers and the mains.
