Still Need Assistance with 13.5 Blinky Config

I have configured my ESC to blink red, however I am still having the issue of the motor starting at a low RPM and in 2 seconds it increases to a higher RPM much like a 2 speed in a nitro on road car....

I have a Xerun V3.1 1s ESC and the Multi-function LCD Program Box from Hobbywing. In the documentation for the ESC it list "Blinky" as one of the factory loaded profiles. However blinky mode is not...
