i talked to ed about fuel percentage a few weeks ago, he said about the lowest you could go would be 25% and would recommend the p3 plug instead of the p4

its a good motor , makes good power, gets good fuel economy, easy to tune, the fact that it was broken in was a cool feature as well, you wont be disappointed if you give the ebm5 a try
