There more than a few that would not do any of the series races if it were foam only. There are atleast 10 I know in the seattle/tacoma area that would cancel their series plans for sure...

I could be wrong but I thought some of the rubber tire classes @ rain had depth to a "D" or "E" main. Maybe Debbie can look it up for us.
