Finally able to open pdf of instruction manual on...

Finally able to open pdf of instruction manual on my phone. Blinking green led and motor stops is motor or esc overheat condition. Blinking red and motor stops working is low voltage cutoff.

Tried a 15t and 17t. Temps went to 200F motor and 145F esc after 4 minutes. The ambient temp was 60F. Motor is just too small.

Using that info your final drive ratio is...

Using that info your final drive ratio is (43/11)*(40/15)=10.4242

Pinion for my DESC10 for same final drive ratio would be: pinion=50/(10.4242/(43/13))=15.8 or round up to 16.

boost timing at 4 deg
acceleration setting at 9
esc temp at 145F
Motor at 212F
Battery drained from 6 to 7 min....

On a 2s lipo and high current draw the voltage will drop enough to cause brownout conditions on a spektrum receiver. My testing has shown the brownout voltage on spektrum receivers to be ~3.3V.

Wouldnt the setup procedure of the ESC take care of full throttle sensing? Im using a specktrum DX3R.

Ill check temps again this weekend. Ive hit temp cut off more than once.
