ST should be 2.2, as it always has since the days we ran J&G conversion kits on our RC10's.

Although then ST Developed out of the 2wd "Monster Truck"...

+1 its been 2.2 ST for years, don't call it 4wd ST and run a non 2.2 tire? How is this different that calling it what it would become on 2.8 - 1/10 4wd Truggy. And before you know it people will...

I think the whole having gone to a 2.8" "ST" tire is because of Traxxas diluting the term Stadium Truck. When they had the Blue Eagle and the SRT they ran 2.2"

I think it went to 2.8 to blur...

But as Racer stated the likelyhood of this class growing is slim. People race 4wd SCT, why should they switch. Heck in France...

Well, I am sure these days with so many parts being somewhat standard sizing, you may be able to run 22T universals / cvd's all the way around, just have to figure our your arms and turnbuckles etc. ...
