I ran a few handout races with MVP's and geared...

I ran a few handout races with MVP's and geared it the same I did a P2K2...ran great for what it was, just not on pair with the Epic-based stockers.

I've gotten my Trinity stockers plenty hot with no problems.

The trick is to not over-gear it by five teeth. I've always geared stock motors pretty low from what everyone else runs and I was NEVER...

A Monster is dialed for truck if you gear it correctly. P2K2's are a little more consistent and better in truck on a smaller track but nothing beats a Monster on a wide open layout.
