Just bought a new Ac/Dc Ionic and it is not working It keeps telling me that he battery is not connected when i know it is! Anyone had this problem? What did you do. If you havent what do you recommend to check on the charger? Once i get home from school i am going to call Novak and see whats up. I ahve already read through the manual a million times and it is not a bit of help...Please help!!!

i would suggest trying a different battery and then see what happens. if that fail novak shouldbe able to figure out the problem

Tried that and called Novak today..They said that the heatsink mustve banged against something and screwed it up during transit or at tower hobbies..Sending it out tommorow. thanks for the help though
