Default first car

Building a kit is a great way too learn about the car but a cr with everything will push over $400,look on ebay orthe for sale thread here u can find a good deal and then have money left over for parts, and u will learn how to fix it when that rock jumps out at u

why is that funny?

I'd like to know if the speed-t would be a good car for rough off-roading. Even with traction tires, to me the body looks too close to the ground for serious off-road.

thanks for the comments everyone, i guess i will have to go with a losi... i'll be looking around.

anthonyb, I suspect you are correct. It appears the speed t is lowered for road action, probably not the best choice for off roading.

Im gonna kinda stick my "foot" out here on this one and say either losi or traxxas would be a good way to go. As for the exact model or kit to go with, I would go with the reccomendations of the others since I do know that losi and traxxas make good stuff but I have never owned losi, only know about its "accolades". Just my .02 is all....
