Thanks for the info. Until I read this, I was running v6.0E. Now running v7.0E.

Checking back - Anyone else have issues with the inductive charging system failing after limited use?

Scoured Google and this site and can't find the answer to this one: Anybody know what size & pitch the screw at the center of the wheel is? I know it is a 2.5mm screw head but can't find anything else on it. Thanks in advance!

Then it will probably be an M2.5 screw, or M2.6

On my new 7pxr it's definitely not a standard m3 screw. The threads are a different pitch. It looks like a tapping screw as it tapers a bit at the tip of screw.

I appreciate the input, thank you.

What options are there for a telemetry sensor for nitro engine temp? Do any other sensors other than Futaba work? And are there any guides out there on how to mount the sensor to the head of the engine?

If you want a hard case, you could spend $160 buying the official Futaba 7PM/4PM case. Or, if you prefer to save a LOT of money, you could get the ProTek Universal Hard Case ($59), or Soft Case ($49.49), along with the 7PX/4PM pre-cut foam insert ($16.75), all of which are available from Amain. Here are the links:

Hard Case: ProTek RC Universal Radio Case (No Insert)
Soft Case: ProTek RC Soft Case Universal Transmitter Utility Bag
Insert: ProTek RC Universal Radio Case Insert (Futaba 7PX and 4PM)

One of the great things about the ProTek case is that there are quite a few Tx inserts available (surface & air), as well as a 3-layer "pick & pluck" (2 layers usable) insert, which you can configure for whatever you want (batteries, cables, other accessories, etc).
