Default motor newbie question

when searching for 1/8 motors I see where Tekin has 4s 2650kv, 2050kv, 1900kv So now the stupid question. Whats the difference and how do you go by knowing what one to choose?

Im learning the elect motor stuff myself but what i did is to get a little educated on this forum first . Then i called tekin direct & they set me up with motor, esc & gearing recommendation.. Awesome nice guys down there!

kv numbers are RPM per Volt.

So when you run them on 4S, you take 16,8V (=4*4,2V) * kv number and get the max. RPM for that setup:

1900kv -> 31920 RPM
2050kv -> 34440 RPM
2650kv -> 44520 RPM

The sweet spot for 1/8th scale buggies seems to be between ~1800 and ~2000kv, while truggy is a little higher, as far as I understand. So from these 3 motors, I'd use the first for 1/8th scale buggy, the 2nd for truggy and the third... probably not at all.
