There is people prefer Sanwa MT4S matter of fact being lightweight and close to natural grip feel. Software and menu configuration is different from M12 as the pixel density is larger than M12. Treat MT4S as a compact size controller.

Who makes a good fitting, high mah, quality TX lipo pack for the MT4, that doesn't cost an arm and a leg???
hobbypeople makes one for like 25-30

Hey guys, is there telemetry sensors available for the mt-4s with the RX-472? I have been searching and only sensors i find are for the mt-4. Would those still work?

Thanks in advance!

You'll need either the RX-461 or RX-462 receiver to utilize the telemetry sensors. They both work perfectly with the MT4s, MT4, and M12 Transmitters.

Thanks for the quick reply. Is it possible to run the RX-472 and have lets say the RX-461 just for telemetry purposes onboard. Would this work

Your Welcome.

As far as I know the transmitter can only communicate with one receiver at a time.

If you want the telemetry sensors just use one of the telemetry receivers I suggested. You will not notice any difference in latency between the 461-2 and the 471-2 receivers, as they are all FH4. You will however notice a difference in size and weight.

Much appreciated. In this case I'm a little disappointed with the MT-4s even though i should have done my research before purchasing it. I was interested in the telemetry options and didn't think i would have an issue until now.

Seems i have to drop a few more bucks for a new rx.

Anyone interested for a RX-472 that has not been used yet lol?

In the radio's defense... It's the receiver that can't send the telemetry information, not the radio's inability to receive it.

keep the RX-472 if you intend to use it for space saving build or else Sanwa Vortex Zero ESC which requires only RX 472 for SSL capability and telemetry system.

Is there a difference between a Sanwa MT-4S from oversees and an airtronics model from US or Canada aside from the name?

Thanks,

With anyone that has the 40th anniversary MT-4s, does the case have foam in it or is it like a bag that the radio can move around in it.

Thanks
