Default Reconditioning Foam Wheel

Guys,

Long story short, I am building a vintage RC10 GP and bought a mint condition Airtronics XL2P radio to compliment it. Only issue is the foam on the wheel is a little dry rotted.

Does anybody know any tricks to bring it back to life some? Thanks!

Jim

Is it out of question to get a new one from another manufacturer? Maybe someone has one with the same diameter on the foam. I think this is a very cool radio, a bit monstrous Goes well with your car.

Yeah it looks like the one from my Airtronics M11x would work, I was just looking for a quick fix, and trying to keep it all original!

Any foam tire sauce should work. It won't bring it back 100% but it will help.

I used lotion on my KO Mars R. It worked. Just let it to soak overnight.
