If Saturdays/Sundays are the Winter Racing Plan, I'll definitly be showing up from time to time for RCGT/Vintage TA...Seriously need to stay active, Re-learn this hobby/sport, and get lap times in. Good Stuff!

...About an Hour:20 from the track.

We have a lot of interest in the RCGT. Especially new faces to EP racing. First event is this Saturday and will have pictures shortly afterwards. Turnout might be low because of the scheduling conflicts with other local events.

We are looking for slow steady growth over the winter. Hopefully by outdoor season next spring, the class will mature. TCS not having a 17.5 GT2 class should bring over some existing racers looking for an outlet between races.

Hey Charlie,
Ray of SJCCR will be hosting some RCGT racing in his racing programs in 09. I'll snap up a ton of pictures 4 ya as well...Show some good east coast RCGT repping. Wish I could make the run over at Mimi's this weekend! Looking forward to the pics!

Wow...I hope the RCGT programs here in the east can take off like the programs in the west...Looks like the Track over in Maryland, and the SJCCR are going to be the two north east programs leading out in promoting the RCGT class. I still think this will be the ultimate class that will combine the likings of spec styled V-TA racers and wide open speed styles of Tour Car Racers. Its a nice middle ground between the two.
