It seems like the demand for this model weakened when the RC10 Worlds Car was rereleased. The price you're asking for is right on the mark, great price, wish I had the scratch because I'd love to take it off your hands. I had to sale mine to get square on some bills.
I sold my 6001 reissue, nib on eBay on 4/6/14 and I got $295 + $20 shipping.
If you don't sale it soon might be worth it to you to hang onto until the RC10 Worlds Car Buggy is sold out. I'd imagine your buggy would start accruing value after that. Your buggy and the Worlds are really the 2 iconic RC10's, I don't imagine AE would reissue another RC10, unless it was the RC10T, which is a completely different animal.

I started the auction at $0.99

Pm me a link to your auction, I'll make sure someone outbids me to win it.
Or many people outbid me.

There was a typo in my post.
I sold my nib RC10 ASC6001 for $295 + $20 shipping.
NOT $395 plus shipping.
I edited my post to reflect the truth of my experience.
