AssocRacer, wait until Monday before taking it to the authorities. Check your pm box and make sure you received the email that 1Armed1 is talking about. See what "transpires" and then take appropriate actions (if needed). If Monday passes by and you still feel as though you have been scammed, then take it up with the proper authorities. BTW, posting threats or "statements of facts" (it will be viewed as a threat) about what will happen if someone shows up at the other guy's house is not cool. Hopefully all will be resolved with no issues (other than miscommunication).

well, i have no pm from him, just a reciept that says he read mine. I still want to believe that he will mail it out on monday. He's a fellow racer, and i hate to slander a fellow racer, but even when i'm swamped at work, when i sell something i find the time to contact the buyer, even if i haven't sent it out yet, i let him know, and i always reply to EVERY email i get from them. When you don't reply to emails and you're a seller, that looks VERY bad, especially over the internet where it is VERY EASY to rip someone off.

hey 1armed1 that comment you wrote about how he would be attempting suicide if he came to your friends door is considered a threat I have family in the police department. You could of said I wouldn't advise coming to his house. but the way you worded it sounds like a threat of if you go there he will hurt you and more.

again, i just want my buggy, no trouble. I'd be happy with contact with him, i just don't like not having any contact, that just reeks of scam. And as for the threat that was made to me.... i don't take too kindly to threats. I WILL show up with the police, and believe me, i WILL pursue any legal actions i can when someone threatens me. I'm generaly not the type of person to let the police step in when i could deal with it myself, but because this involves money and paypal which is a legal thing, i will involve the police if i need to.
