Red RTV sealant to crankshaft

hey guys
has anyone tried the red rtv sealant inside the crankshaft of the engine?
has it made any noticeable difference?

performance? runtime etc

i just picked up a m-speed tz and it has the red sealant in the crankshaft and ive noticed all the factory fast engines have it standard.
