Default Red RTV sealant to crankshaft

hey guys
has anyone tried the red rtv sealant inside the crankshaft of the engine?
has it made any noticeable difference?

performance? runtime etc

i just picked up a m-speed tz and it has the red sealant in the crankshaft and ive noticed all the factory fast engines have it standard.

thanks!

hmm...actually my crankshaft came with a clear to almost white ATV. as for the perfomance that you get with this inside your crankshaft, i improves the direction of the gas flow if i'm not mistaken i guess it has become the new standard with factory tuned as well as the other tuned engines out there
