Has anyone installed the Novarossi dual sealed front bearing (7x19x6.3mm) in place of a standard 7x19x6.0mm?

Does the addition 0.3mm thickness effect anything?

I believe as Houston has mentioned previously, the 6.3 references the inner race only. So doing stuff like using the Hudy bearing removal tool, or the nice way to tuck a buku cap on the inner race lip is the only differences(that I can think of)
